The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a friendly disposition and shows enthusiasm for beer culture/styles
• Can share thoughtful beer descriptions with inquiring guests
• Understands the importance of cleanliness as it relates to ALL aspects of
  beer and pouring it in the tasting room
• Maintains a clean, organized bar throughout shift
• Pays attention to detail: cleanliness, punctuality, money-handling, etc.
• Maintains an accurate bank before, during, and after shift
• Is an honest and hardworking team player
• Has ability to work efficiently, yet safely
• Takes initiative, while being able to take direction from superiors
• Enthusiastically tells the Eppig story

Requirements: Applicants must be 21+ years of age. The job's essential functions include standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs, as needed, RBS Certification, possession of or the ability to obtain a Food Handler's card within three (3) weeks of hire, and availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Desired qualities: honest, self-starter, plays well with others, 2 year minimum experience, draft maintenance experience, Beer Server Cicerone certified (1st level) preferred. This position is non-exempt hourly at $16.30/hour (SD County Minimum Wage) + tips.

Priority will be given to applicants with experience in event coordinating and/or leading beer tours.
